1. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to serve you and process your order:

• Name;
• Phone or WhatsApp number;
• City and state;
• Delivery postal code (CEP);
• Information provided in the order: products, quantities, prices, chosen shipping option and, if you choose to provide them, company name, tax ID (CPF/CNPJ) and delivery address;
• Essential browsing data: technical access records (such as IP address, date and time and browser type) automatically generated by the servers and required for the operation and security of the website.

2. How we use the data

• Customer service: answering questions and handling the order negotiation;
• Order processing: recording the items, checking availability and organizing picking and shipping;
• Shipping calculation: checking shipping options, delivery times and prices based on the postal code and product measurements;
• WhatsApp contact: sending and receiving order information and arranging payment;
• Security: preventing fraud and misuse of the website;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal bases

We process your data for the performance of a contract and preliminary procedures requested by the data subject (art. 7, V, LGPD), for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (art. 7, II) and on the basis of legitimate interest to keep the website secure (art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights and expectations.

4. Sharing with necessary service providers

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only when necessary for the purposes above, with:

• Hosting, database and cloud storage providers that keep the website running;
• The shipping quote and booking platform, which receives the origin and destination postal codes and the weight and measurements of the packages;
• Carriers and logistics services responsible for delivery;
• WhatsApp, when you choose to send your order or contact customer service through that app;
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud provider servers, with access restricted to SWCK's authorized team and protected by technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and passwords.

We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes of this Policy and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We only use essential features: a cookie that stores your chosen language and the browser's local storage, which keeps the items of your order while you browse. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can clear this data in your browser settings. If you do, the language returns to Portuguese and the order items are removed.

7. Your rights as a data subject

Under the LGPD, you may request at any time:

• Confirmation that your data is processed and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
• Data portability, as provided in the regulations;

• Deletion of data processed based on consent and withdrawal of that consent;
• Objection to processing carried out in breach of the law;
